About the Role

Overview:
Infinite Growth OMHC/SUD-PRP program is seeking an experienced and dedicated Psychiatric Program Rehabilitation Specialist to lead and supervise our dynamic team of Clinical Directors in Maryland. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of psychiatric rehabilitation services and ensuring the highest quality of care for individuals with psychiatric disabilities.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The Rehabilitation Specialist must have the following experience, knowledge, or abilities:

  • Maintain professional license in the state of MD to provide therapy services

  • Age Requirement: Be at least 21 years of age

  • Education and Experience: Mental Health Professional licensed by the state of Maryland (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The Therapist/Clinician must have the following experience, knowledge, or abilities:

    • Maintain professional license in the state of MD to provide therapy services

    • Age Requirement: Be at least 21 years of age

    • Education and Experience: Mental Health Professional licensed by the state of Maryland (LCSW, LCPC, LCADC, LCMFT, LCPAT APRN-PMH, CRNP-PMH, RN-C;

      LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT, LGPCAT all have to have clinical supervision from a board approved supervisor. (For social workers, this has to be an LCSW-C who is credentialed to supervise, for others the person has to be approved by the Counselor’s Board.)

      Psychology Associate under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist

      CPRP-Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner

      CFRP Child & Family Resiliency Practitioner Experience as required by the credentialing process..

    • Experience as required by the credentialing process.

    • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a mental health or psychiatric rehabilitation setting.

    • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

    • Thorough knowledge of Maryland mental health regulations and standards.
